Andy Delort set for debut in CONCACAF Champions League clash

Andy Delort will make his official debut tomorrow night when we face Plaza Amador in the Concacaf Champions League.

The $9 million summer signing from French side Caen has been forced to settle for a series of substitute appearances in the league since he put pen to paper, with Tuca determined to slowly ease him into life in Monterrey.

He’s come off the bench four times so far, racking up a mere 75 minutes of game time.

Damian Set to Feature

Damian Alvarez has also made the trip and is likely to play, as are Hugo Ayala and Israel Jimenez.

It’s unclear who else will be in starting eleven. We could see Enrique Palos handed a start in goal, Manuel Viniegra might get a run out in midfield, and Jose Rivas will probably start at centre-back.

How do you think Delort will perform on his start? Let us know in the comments.
