Ismael Sosa has been talking about our possible opponents in this season’s Liguilla.
Earlier in the week, Monterrey’s Dorlan Pabon said he wasn’t afraid of Tigres and he would relish another Clasico Regio final. Sosa, however, appears to be far less concerned about his opponents.
“First we qualify for the Liguilla and then we’ll see the opponent we’re given”, said Sosa. “But with regard to what [Rayados] think, I have no opinion.”
The Argentine added that he’s only worried about finishing as high up the table as possible.
“It is important to finish as high as possible. In a Liguilla final, we want to play the second leg at home; it counts for a lot. We’re hopeful that we’ll enter the Liguilla in good form and be in the top positions”.
Rayados are far from assured of a place in the Liguilla. They lie sixth in the table, just three points clear of twelveth-placed Leon.
